The World Future Energy Summit 2025 kicks off in Abu Dhabi with wide international participation

Today, the activities of the World Future Energy Summit 2025, hosted by the Abu Dhabi Future Energy Company “Masdar”, began at the ADNEC Center in Abu Dhabi, as part of the activities of Abu Dhabi Sustainability Week to shape the features of a more sustainable future.

The summit, which lasts for three days, discusses ways of global cooperation, innovation and action, in the presence and participation of leaders of countries, heads of government, and a group of ministers and policy makers in the energy sector, who review their plans towards the transformation of the energy sector and the circular economy.

The summit represents the main event within Abu Dhabi Sustainability Week, as it attracts the participation of 13 country leaders and more than 140 ministers and government officials, with the aim of advancing economic, social and technological progress and exploring opportunities related to economic transformation, whose value is estimated at more than 10 trillion dollars.

This year’s session is held under the title “Integration of Sectors for a Sustainable Future” and includes a diverse program of events that includes several keynote speeches and 34 discussion sessions in which more than 70 speakers participate, where the focus is on promoting constructive dialogue and cooperation and finding meaningful and tangible solutions.

The summit highlights the importance of achieving interconnection between advanced technology, especially artificial intelligence, and human expertise, to advance sustainable development and build a prosperous future that includes everyone.

The summit brings together more than 30,000 participants, including government officials, sector leaders, and sustainability pioneers from around the world, to form an international platform to showcase the latest developments in the fields of renewable energy, green hydrogen, artificial intelligence, climate technology, circular economy principles, green finance, and sustainable cities.

The World Future Energy Summit 2025 offers a rich program that includes interactive exhibitions and networking opportunities, with the participation of more than 400 exhibitors, each showcasing innovative solutions in the energy, water and waste management sectors.

The summit includes seven main tracks covering all aspects of the energy system, and provides visitors, delegations and exhibitors the opportunity to gain in-depth insights into the latest developments and developments that affect several areas, namely the Solar and Clean Energy Exhibition and Conference, the Water Conference, the Eco-Waste Exhibition, the Sustainable Cities Conference, and the Sustainable Cities Conference. Sustainable financing, the Future of Transport Forum, in addition to the Road to 1.5°C conference.
