Appointment of Abdullah Abu Moati as Chairman of the Board of Directors of “Abu Moati Libraries”
The Board of Directors of Abdullah Saad Muhammad Abu Moati Libraries Company decided to appoint Dr. Saad Abu Moati as Chairman of the Council, and Saeed Basaid as Vice-President of the Council.
The company said in a statement on Tadawul Saudi Arabia: The Council decided to form the committees emanating from it in accordance with the approved tasks and powers, and appointed the Secretary of the Council and the company’s representatives to the Capital Market Authority and the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul).
The Council decided to form members of the Audit Committee for the new Board of Directors session, which begins on 01/01/2025 AD for a period of four years and ends on 12/31/2028 AD.
The committee was formed under the chairmanship of: Abdullah Al-Rashoud, and the membership of: Sultan Al-Shubaili and Abdullah Al-Yousef.
