High prices for sheep and fodder, with the exception of “Al-Naimi” and “cubes”
The bulletin of average prices of goods and services issued by the Statistics Authority showed an increase in sheep prices in Saudi Arabiaon a monthly basis last December, with the exception of Al-Nuaimi sheep.
According to the bulletin, the price of Najdi sheeprose by 0.3% on a monthly basis, recording 1859.5 riyals.
Sheep prices
The price of Berber sheep increased by 0.4% on a monthly basis last December, recording 659 riyals.
The price of Sawakni sheep recorded an increase of 2.1% last December on a monthly basis, reaching 1304.6
The price of wild sheep reached 1,704.7 riyals, an increase of 0.4%, while the price of a local goat increased by 1.3%, recording 1,187.9 riyals.
Feed prices
The prices of Feedin Saudi Arabia on a monthly basis last December, excluding cubes, which decreased by 1.6% to 65 riyals for"40 kg"
The price of alfalfa rose by 1% to 29.5 riyals, while the price of hay or hay rose by 3.4% on a monthly basis, recording 14.8 riyals per bale.
The price of rhododendron rose on a monthly basis last December, by 4%, reaching 17.7 riyals per bale.
