The Saudi stock market index closed higher today, Tuesday

The main Saudi stock market index ended trading today, Tuesday, with an increase of 0.5%, at 12,172 points.
According to data, the value traded today amounted to about 6.104 billion riyals.
The volume of shares traded amounted to about 375.840 million shares, while the market value amounted to about 10.232 trillion riyals.

Shares of 150 companies rose

Shares of 150 companies rose at the end of today’s trading, while 87 fell, out of 249 companies listed on the main market.
The shares of Nice One, Americana, Cinomi Retail, Fitaihi Group, and Al-Moussa were the highest gainers.
According to Tadawul, the shares of Savola Group, Borouge Insurance, Pharmaceutical, Metallurgical, and Medgulf Insurance companies declined the most.

Parallel market

The parallel market index, Nomu, closed today, up by 0.3%, at 31,317 points.
The value traded today amounted to about 67,449 million riyals.
According to Tadawul, the amount of shares traded amounted to about 4.615 million shares, while the market value reached about 58.228 billion riyals.
The shares of 43 companies rose at the end of today’s trading, and the same fell, out of 107 companies listed in the parallel market.
