In the Alps… Kate Middleton and Prince William are enjoying a secret vacation

The Princess of Wales, Kate Middleton, 43, spent a quiet winter holiday with her husband, Prince William, and their three children, Prince George (11 years old), Princess Charlotte (9 years old), and Prince Louis (6 years old) in the French Alps, after… Christmas season.

According to The Mail on Sunday, the royal family began their trip after spending the traditional Christmas holiday at Sandringham, where the King hosted the annual gathering.

The family was accompanied on the trip by members of the Middleton family, including Kate’s sister, Pippa, her brother, James, his wife, and their son. Everyone appeared enjoying the atmosphere of skiing and walking in the mountains, in addition to eating meals at a restaurant on the top of the mountain.

Staff sources at the restaurant revealed to The Mail on Sunday that the family appeared to be a “normal English family”, having a good time without formal appearances.

One staff member said: It was great to see Kate relaxing and enjoying herself. Not many people recognized them, and the atmosphere was full of laughter and joy.
