Trump will issue 100 orders starting on day one in what is known as a “shock and awe” effort.

The Wall Street Journal reported on Monday that US President-elect Donald Trump will call during his inauguration speech for a “revolution” represented in the ability to think and act reasonably and make good decisions.
According to excerpts of his prepared speech, the newspaper said Trump is expected to say, “I return to the presidency confident and optimistic that we are at the beginning of an exciting new era of success for our nation. A wave of change is sweeping the country. My message to Americans today is that it is time for us to act again with courage.” “And the strength and vitality of the greatest civilization in history.”
Trump will be sworn in as President of the United States on Monday, beginning a second presidential term for the country.
He will be sworn in before US Chief Justice John Roberts at 1700 GMT. He was originally scheduled to take the oath in front of the Congress building, but it was decided to take place inside the Congress complex due to the extreme cold.
After being sworn in, Trump today intends to issue a series of executive orders related to issues ranging from energy to immigration.
Two sources familiar with the matter said more than 100 such orders and directives could be issued starting on day one in what is known internally as a “shock and awe” effort.
