Al Jazira, Ajman and Baniyas are the most active in winter registration for professionals

Abu Dhabi, January 22 / WAM / With the start of the winter registration period for the ADNOC Professional League, the competition clubs increased the pace of supporting the ranks and rearranging the papers in preparation for the second round of the competition, which begins with round 14, starting from the 30th of this January.
A number of competition clubs announced their contracts to support their ranks during the ongoing registration period until next February 11, the most prominent of which so far are the Al Jazira, Ajman and Baniyas clubs.
Al-Jazira team revealed that it had signed a contract with Moroccan Olympic defender Elias Karimi, with a contract extending until 2029, and he will be registered in the category of resident players. The club also announced the renewal of the contract of its young defender, Hamdan Al-Amri, for the next 4 seasons.
For its part, the Ajman team announced the return of its former Bahraini professional, Ali Madan, to join the team again, while it announced the inclusion of left-back Abdullah Al-Balushi, coming from Al-Nasr Club until the end of the season.
As for the Baniyas team, it announced the renewal of the contract of team captain Fawaz Awana for an additional season until the end of the 2026 season, while the contract of its player Khamis Saleh Al Hammadi was also renewed for two additional seasons until the end of the 2027-2028 season.
Also in the context of arranging the papers, Baniyas announced during the recent period, the contract with its former coach, Daniel Isaella, to lead the team instead of coach Joao Pedro Souza, while the Al-Bataeh team announced the contract with Iranian Farhad Majidi as the team’s coach.
