The licensed regulation was obligated to provide an oil barrier to separate the oils and prevent them from leakage to the sewage network, instructions, including examining the oil barrier at least once every 3 months or whenever the need arises and the checks are recorded in the registry designated for that, and to clean the barrier periodically ensuring that the deposits do not collect .
She stressed the importance of collecting used oils inside a dedicated tank for that before disposing of them during the company concerned with recycling or the carrier approved for waste, and providing cleaning equipment for dealing with material leaks “such as the materials that are absorbed for liquids and canable reusable, and cleaning the leaks” if they occur “by the materials that are for fluids The equipment allocated for this purpose, and restore the affected area to its condition before the leak. ​

It required the provision of electronic payment methods, with a prohibition of refusing to use it, put a poster for the payment options available on or inside the facility, and emphasize all the requirements for fighting fires, security surveillance cameras, and preventing smoking of all kinds.
It stipulated the provision of a slope for persons with disabilities within the limits of the workshop or the facility, and the workshops are excluded in buildings that provide requirements for persons with disabilities, and that the slope be free of defects and does not affect the outer sidewalk and does not cause any visual distortion, and that the stairs and the slope are within the borders of the facility .
