His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, may God protect him, said:

During the month of January, we approved housing approvals within the Zayed Housing Program for more than 1,300 citizens with a value exceeding one billion dirhams. The numbers of beneficiaries will be increased during the year to meet all requests…

During the past two years, 13,000 applications for citizens were closed and approved. The waiting time currently amounts to two months before obtaining approval (which is among the shortest in the world as a waiting period)…

Our goal is to develop an integrated system to link all financing and housing agencies so that approval takes place within just one day… The citizen deserves the best service… the best life… and the most beautiful future, God willing.
