"Persian" Establish a project construction contract "Bluatars Bay" Billion dirhams
Dubai, January 27 / WAM / Merras, affiliated with Dubai Real Estate Holding, announced the award of a contract of more than one billion dirhams on the company “China State Conscience Engineering Corporation” to build the “Bluatars Bay” project.
The project on the waterfront is expected to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2027.
The “Bluatars Bay” project consists of two residential towers connected to the structure of a dynamic platform, and it includes 678 apartments alongside retail outlets, restaurants and cafes at the platform level.
Khaled Al -Malik, CEO of Dubai Holding Real Estate, said: This project reflects our commitment to the establishment of exceptional housing complexes on the waterfront that contributes to enriching the vibrant urban scene in Dubai.
