"Anchors" A project construction contract is awarded "Bluewaters Bay" One billion dirhams

DUBAI, 27 JANUARY / WAM / Meraas, a subsidiary of Dubai Holding Properties, announced the award of a contract worth more than one billion dirhams to China State Construction Engineering Corporation to build the Bluewaters Bay project.
The project, located on the waterfront, is expected to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2027.
Bluewaters Bay consists of two residential towers connected by a dynamic podium structure, featuring 678 apartments along with retail outlets, restaurants and cafes at the podium level.
