Mohammed Al-Sarhan, Chairman of Caterion’s Board of Directors, and Fahd Mousa as Deputy

The Board of Directors of Caterion Catering Holding Company decided to appoint Muhammad Al-Sarhan as Chairman of the Board of Directors, Fahd Mousa as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors, and Wajdi Al-Ghabban as Managing Director.
According to the company’s statement on Tadawul Saudi Arabia, this came based on the extraordinary general assembly meeting held on Sunday, 05-07-1446 AH, corresponding to 05-01-2025 AD, which witnessed the election of members of the Board of Directors of Caterion Catering Holding Company for the new session, which took effect from the date of 26 -01-2025 AD and ends on 01-25-2028 AD.
The Council decided to form a review committee headed by: M. Raed Al-Mudahim, and the membership of Faisal Sabbagh, Mishal Al-Hokair, and Dr. Iyad Bouhlaiqa.
The Council approved the formation of the Nominations and Remuneration Committee, headed by: Joza Al-Rasheed, and membership of: Muhammad Al-Sarhan, Fahd Musa, and Abdul Wahab Al-Butairi.
The Council decided to form the Executive Committee, headed by Muhammad Al-Sarhan, and membership of: Fahd Musa, Abdul Wahab Al-Butairi, and Fadi Majdalani.
The Council approved the appointment of company representatives for all purposes related to the implementation of the rules and regulations of the Capital Market Authority, the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) and the Securities Depository Center Company (Edaa Center), and the appointment of the Secretary of the Board of Directors for the current session.
