The release of half a million real estate records in 5 cities

The National Company for In -kind Registration Services for the real estate “real estate registry” announced the issuance of more than 500,000 real estate records in five cities around the Kingdom.
Each record of a royal registration instrument and a real estate newspaper included accurate information and a geographical location using geimonial data with the real estate lengths and areas.
This came during the speech of the CEO of the real estate registry, Dr. Muhammad Al -Suleiman, on the main theater of the Future of Real Estate 2025 forum.

The real estate registration for the property

Dr. Al -Suleiman reviewed the developments of the real estate registration for the property and the level of progress in the first registration work in various declared regions.
He pointed out that the real estate record employed the latest technologies to accelerate the real estate registration operations, in addition to building a real estate map, the first of its kind in the Kingdom.

66 thousand real estate behavior

He indicated that more than 66,000 real estate actions were implemented, through the real estate registry platform, including the transfer of ownership and documentation of mortgages and other real estate actions.
He noted that the real estate registry continued his work in surveying in various regions of the Kingdom to prepare geometric work for the real estate registration for the property, as the total areas that were raised more than 22 thousand square kilometers of the Kingdom’s area.
Dr. Al -Suleiman revealed that the real estate registry relied on modern technologies and accelerating the digital transformation, as the percentage of automation in its operations exceeded approximately 94%, and the real estate record also used robots to reduce the time of data transfer from 8 minutes to 25 seconds.
It is noteworthy that the participation of the real estate registry in the Future Real Estate Forum in its fourth edition came as a partner for the real estate future; In order to enhance awareness of the role of the real estate registry in developing the real estate sector and enhancing reliability and transparency, in addition to enhancing awareness among the public by seeing the real estate registry and its ambitious strategy aimed at developing real estate wealth, and developing the system through real estate services and digital solutions based on the customer.
