Trump causes “chaos” after freezing $ 3 trillion of grants and loans

Last Wednesday, US President Donald Trump canceled an order that he had issued two days ago, to freeze three trillion dollars such as grants and federal loans.
Hospitals, non -profit organizations, schools, research organizations, pre -school programs, and police stations, asked whether they had lost financial support or not.
The health system, which provides health care, stopped millions of Americans with low incomes, but a federal judge ordered on Tuesday evening to temporarily stop Trump’s decision in response to legal cases claiming that Trump has no power to freeze allocated financing from Congress.
Public prosecutors in 22 states, Washington, DC, and all of them are Democrats, agreed to stop this.
Accordingly, in the midst of this chaos, the Acting Director of the Administration and Budget Office in the Trump Administration, Matthew J, told federal agencies on Wednesday that the order issued last Monday night had been “canceled”, so what can be done in the midst of all this chaos?
The scope of Trump was very wide, as it stipulated that federal spending should be in line with “presidential priorities”, while the review takes place until February 10 to submit a report to the Management and Budget Office.
By that time, the administration and budget office will manage Ras Foot, which Trump nominated is not by chance but rather the main engineer of the 2025 project, which is a plan for Trump’s domination of the American government, and the focus of all authorities in his hand.
I bet that we will see another copy of Monday night order that will appear when he will be officially received, and it will be somewhat more detailed to avoid confusion resulting from the first attempt, but the White House during the Trump era looks at the matter as necessary, as it is part of a much greater plan.
Separate initiative
Last week, during a separate initiative, Trump banned some of the spending that did not approve it, including programs that involve “diversity, equality, integration” and NGOs that are believed to undermine the national interest.
Trump also issued an order to freeze all spending to other countries, including military aid to Ukraine and the distribution of medicines in Africa and developing countries. Will all this be consistent with American law?
Congress has power to manage money, under the American constitution, and Congress approved all these mentioned payments.
And Trump, like any other American president, has the authority to stop the expenses designated in advance to review them, but Trump’s order to freeze is not a temporary stop for the review, but rather a permanent stop, and this is called “reservation”. In 1974, Congress issued a law of controlling Reservation in response to former President Richard Nixon’s attempts not to spend the money allocated by Congress, as the law prohibits the president to do so.
Trump believes that the law of controlling reservation is unconstitutional, but the Supreme Court determines what laws issued by Congress are considered unconstitutional. In 1975, the Supreme Court supported the constitutional “New York City train” case, and accordingly, where does all this go?
And it seems that Trump wants the current Supreme Court to reject its decision issued in 1975, which is rare for this court to make, especially when the original decision is made unanimously, but as this court appeared on June 24, 2022 in a case related to the abortion of women And, which has canceled a 50 -year precedent in another case, which guaranteed the right to abortion, the current US Supreme Court will not regret the abolition of its ruling.
Separation of work
At the same time, Trump sent a memorandum to all 2.3 million federal employees, stating that eight months will be paid if they submit their resignations from work before February 2025, otherwise they are risked to separate the work temporarily, that is, not to obtain a fee, or the expulsion .
Most likely, whoever wrote this memo is the American billionaire Elon Musk, who is the richest person in the world, and whom Trump appointed in the administration to be the head of the so -called “Ministry of Governmental efficiency”.
When Musk was expelled 80% of Twitter employees (whose name was later to X) after he bought it in 2022, he used the same language currently written in this memo and directed to federal employees, but it is wrong to believe that these new initiatives aim to reduce the size of The federal government, but rather aims to focus power in Trump’s hands.
Trump aims to appoint people in these jobs who are more loyal to him than their loyalty to the United States.
Trump’s attempt to control the United States government is part of a larger strategy aimed at replacing American democracy with the oligarchy regime as in Russia.
Of course, the concentration of power enhances the concentration of wealth, just as the strengthening of wealth leads to the strengthening of power, as each of them is synonymous with the other, and therefore Mask needs Trump as much as Trump needs a mask.
