The Kingdom and Germany are discussing the fields of economic, trade and investment cooperation

The Minister of Economy and Planning, Professor Faisal bin Fadel Al -Ibrahim, met with German Finance Minister Dr. Juerg Cookies.
The two sides discussed during the meeting between the two countries, in addition to issues of common concern.

Saudi -German relations

On the other hand, the Minister of Finance was headed by Mr. Mohammed bin Abdullah Al -Jadaan, with the participation of a number of the largest private sector companies on both sides.
The meeting aims to strengthen bilateral relations between the two countries and discuss ways of joint cooperation.

Al -Jadaan stressed that Germany is a major economic partner for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, as the two sides have worked to enhance the economic cooperation that has grown over the years.

Economic developments in the Kingdom and Germany

The meeting discussed the most prominent economic developments in the Kingdom and Germany, and discussed cooperation opportunities between private sectors in several fields.
The fields of renewable energy, petrochemicals, mining, health care, digital transformation, artificial intelligence, infrastructure, transportation, logistical services, and financial services, especially tourism, included.
The Ministry of Investment, the National Consolies Center and the Financial Sector Development Program also reviewed the most prominent achievements and available investment opportunities.
