“Umm Al -Qura for Development and Reconstruction” intends to include her shares in the circulation of Saudi Arabia

Al -Bilad Investment Company in its capacity as the subscription manager, Al -Bilad Investment Company, GIB Capital, Al -Rajhi Financial Company as financial advisers, Al -Bilad Investment Company, GIB Capital, Al -Rajhi Financial Company and Al -Demma Investment Company as managers of institution subscription registry and coverage operators in the first public offering of Umm Villages for Development and Construction the company’s intention to offer part of its shares for the first public subscription and the inclusion of their shares in the main market with Saudi Arabia’s trading.
The offering is expected to include the sale of new regular shares, representing (9.09 %) of the total shares of the company after increasing its capital.
The company obtained the approval of Saudi Arabia’s trading request to include its shares in the main market on 12/08/2024 AD, and it also obtained the approval of the Capital Market Authority to request (130,786,142) new ordinary shares by increasing the company’s capital (which represents 9.09 % of the total The company shares after increasing its capital) for public subscription on 12/24/2024.
The final offering price will be determined for all subscribers after the end of the orders’ construction period.
