The start of the real estate registration work with 15 neighborhoods in Medina

The commission explained that from this stage includes the following neighborhoods in Medina: (Ain Al -Khif neighborhood, Wadi Al -Modinib neighborhood, Al -Taqwa neighborhood, Al -Hadra neighborhood, part of the King Fahd neighborhood, part of the beloved neighborhood, part of the Al -Mutaheed neighborhood, part of the Salama neighborhood, and part From the defense neighborhood, part of the Aziziyah neighborhood, Al -Ghadeer neighborhood, Al -Duwajella neighborhood, the Shiwa neighborhood, the Iman neighborhood, and parts of the Jashm neighborhood).
The real estate registration for the property
She added that the selection of neighborhoods was made according to specific criteria, and it will be announced successively from the rest of the regions, governorates and neighborhoods that will be subject to the work of the real estate registration for the property in various regions of the Kingdom during the coming periods.
The “Real Estate Authority” indicated that the first registration for real estate in these areas and neighborhoods will be available through the electronic real estate registry platform or through the service centers.
She pointed out that the in -kind registration requires a ownership deed that fulfills the regular requirements to complete the registration process.
The authority called on real estate ownership in the areas and neighborhoods subject to registration in -kind regulations to verify the property ownership instrument and provide the necessary requirements in preparation for the start of registration, and the registration steps can be inquired through the official platforms of the authority or by calling the Customer Service Center 199002.
It is mentioned that after registering the property, a “real estate number” and an ownership registration instrument will be issued for each real estate unit, and the instrument will include real estate data, descriptions and condition and the rights and obligations related to geometrical information, in a way that contributes to enhancing infrastructure and the sustainability of the real estate sector.
