New Emirati mediation succeeds in completing the exchange of 300 prisoners between Russia and Ukraine
The Russian Ministry of Defense said that Russia and Ukraine exchanged 150 prisoners of war on each side after the mediation of the Emirates.
She added that all the Russians are currently present in Belarus, where they receive psychological and medical care.
