“Labor Experience” gives high school students training opportunities in “Al -Haq”

The Ministries of Human Resources, Emiratisation, and Education launched the second experimental stage of the “Experience of Work” program, which targets Emirati high school students in public and private schools, to provide them with practical skills through real training experiences in private sector institutions.
They stated that the second stage of the program will be implemented during the spring vacation, from March 24 to April 11, and the trainees will be available to enroll in private sector and companies to gain experience and practical training.
The program comes within the framework of the national efforts aimed at preparing a generation qualified for the labor market, by providing students with a practical experience in the real work environment, introducing them to the requirements of the labor market, and enhancing their skills and capabilities in various professional fields.
The criteria set by the two ministries, and were seen by “Emirates Today”, focused on seven requirements for registration that must be available in students wishing to participate, most notably that the applicant is one of the citizens of the Emirates, and his age ranges between 15 and 18 years, provided that he is registered in the secondary stage ( From the ninth to 12 grade) in a government or private school within the country, and holds a cumulative rate of 80% or more, and a healthy delegation to perform the tasks required during the training, as well as the need to obtain written approval from the guardian to participate, and to provide a non -reluctance certificate from his school.
The Ministry of Education directed public and private schools that apply the Ministry’s curriculum, of the need to deepen student awareness of the importance of the program and its paths, and urge them to participate, as this program is a qualitative initiative that provides students with a real opportunity to gain practical experience in various work environments, which helps them build their professional skills and enhance their readiness To join the labor market in the future.
