The new Irish Parliament Speaker praises Egypt’s efforts to stop the war in Gaza
& nbsp; The new Irish Parliament, Virona Murphy, praised the Egyptian efforts made on the Palestinian scene and stop the war in Gaza.
& nbsp; Egypt is in Dublin with the President of the Irish Parliament, which expressed appreciation for Egypt’s important role in the region.
& nbsp; December 2024 and what was agreed during the visit on the importance of raising relations between the two sides to the level of strategic participation. & Nbsp; Ambassador Mohamed Tharwat Selim reviewed the latest developments in the ongoing communications between the two countries in order to complete an agreement to transfer trained workforce and vocational training from Egypt to Ireland, especially since this agreement is a continuation of the experience of the successful Egyptian community in Ireland.

The two sides agreed at the end of the meeting to continue to consult in order to push bilateral relations between the two countries.
