“The Gallant Knight (3)” conducts a lottery to select the grooms participating in the “Gown of Joy 2” ceremony in Gaza

Yesterday, Operation “The Gallant Knight (3)”, with the support of the Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan Foundation for Humanitarian Works, conducted a lottery to select the grooms participating in the “Gown of Joy 2” ceremony from various governorates of the Gaza Strip, amid a wide presence of families, notables, and legal and national figures.
The lottery ceremony took place in the presence of all the nominated grooms in the Nuseirat Services Club, who participated in following up the drawing procedures in a transparent manner, after the criteria and conditions were applied to them, in an atmosphere full of anticipation and joy, and with the broad participation of mukhtars, notables, and representatives of local institutions.
The lottery was carried out according to organized procedures, where each registered groom attended in person and put his name in the drawing boxes, in a way that enhances integrity and credibility.
A number of notables and national figures participated in the drawing of names, along with representatives of institutions and representatives of local institutions, in a scene that reflects transparency and community participation.
The Gallant Knight Operation (3) had received about 6,644 electronic applications, all of which underwent precise stages of sorting and auditing, and resulted in the acceptance of 1,991 applications who met the previously announced conditions and criteria, distributed across the five governorates. The selection of grooms was according to the principle of ratio and proportionality, ensuring representation of the various regions of the sector who met the conditions.
Through a lottery, (300) brides and grooms from various governorates of the Gaza Strip were selected for the “Gown of Joy 2” ceremony, with preparations for the expected ceremony being completed this month and preparations being completed to bring joy to the hearts of Gazans after months that were full of difficult events.
