Unhappy news for Liverpool fans before facing Paris Saint-Germain in the Champions League

Brazilian international goalkeeper Alisson Becker will miss his English team, Liverpool, in the two-legged Champions League quarter-final against defending champion Paris Saint-Germain, according to what his Dutch coach, Arne Slot, announced on Friday.
The Brazilian goalkeeper, who performed exceptionally against Saint-Germain in particular in the first leg of the round of 16 last season, suffered a muscle injury during the 4-0 victory in the second leg of the round of 16 over Galatasaray in Turkey more than two weeks ago.
Sloat said in a press conference: “He will not participate in the two matches against Paris Saint-Germain. He will be absent for some time. We hope that he will be ready before the end of the season.”
On the other hand, Egyptian star Mohamed Salah will return, after he likely participated in the quarter-finals of the FA Cup at the weekend against Manchester City.
Swedish striker Alexander Isaac may also be ready to face the defending champion, after an absence that lasted for several months due to injury, as is the case for Dutch full-back Jeremy Frimpong.
