Dubai real estate behavior records 15.63 billion dirhams at the first 5 days of February

Dubai real estate actions – at the end of the first five days of February 2025 trading – recorded more than 15.63 billion dirhams, which included sales of a value of 11.41 billion dirhams after the implementation of 3,800 transactions.

A monitoring conducted by «Emirates Today», based on the indicators of the Dubai Rest platform of the Dubai Land and Property Department, exported the “Wadi Al -Safa 5”, the areas in terms of real estate sales in that period of this month, at a value of 890.56 million dirhams, resulted from the implementation of 252 transactions, followed by the “Al -Yafra 1” area with about 801.90 million dirhams, resulting in the implementation of 165 deals, then the “Nad Al -Sheba First” area with about 779.34 million dirhams, resulting in the implementation of 87 transactions.

According to the data, the total value of the mortgage, during that period, exceeded 3.72 billion dirhams, after the implementation of 680 procedures, while the total value of real estate donations amounted to 502.26 million dirhams after the implementation of 123 transactions.

Dubai real estate sales last January reached the first month of this year approximately 44 billion dirhams, resulting in 14060 deals, a growth of 24.3% and 24.5% in terms of value and number, compared to the same month from 2024, which recorded 35.4 billion dirhams through 11283 deal.

It is expected that the real estate market will continue to record exceptional levels in the coming months from 2025 with the continuation of strong momentum, thanks to a strong demand for all different real estate groups.

It is noteworthy that the real estate sector in Dubai recorded an unprecedented boom last year 2024 amid the increasing demand for various types of residential and commercial real estate, which confirms the growing growth of Dubai’s continuous attractiveness, a global investment destination.
