Abu Dhabi Police is carrying out an exercise to raise readiness in cooperation with the partners
Abu Dhabi, February 8/WAM/The General Command of Abu Dhabi Police, Archives and the National Library, in cooperation with strategic partners, carried out a table exercise at the Saif Bin Zayed Academy for Police and Security Sciences with the aim of raising readiness and coordination between government agencies to deal with crises and measure the response system and develop operational procedures.
Brigadier Mohamed Dahi Al -Humairi, Acting Director of the Central Operations Sector, stressed that the exercise comes from the Abu Dhabi Police’s keenness to train and qualify cadres to be a high degree of readiness and preparation, and the speed of dealing with emergency cases, and providing police services efficiently and professionally, in order to preserve the safety and security of society members.
He praised the role of the participating authorities in the exercise, and their cooperation in implementing the successful emergency plan and achieving the goals of the exercise.
The Abu Dhabi Civil Defense Authority, the Municipal and Transport Department, the Energy Department, the Emergency, Crisis and Disaster Management Center for the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, the National Meteorological Center, the Abu Dhabi Center for Waste Administration (rotation) and the Abu Dhabi Media Office.
