"Dubai Health" Bodcast is launched "balance" To enhance the system of psychological well -being

Dubai, February 10/ WAM/ Dubai Health Authority launched an additional educational means alongside its various means of podcasts under the name “Balance” dedicated to the promotion of the psychological welfare system.

The “balance” is a platform that brings together experts, specialists and personal experiences, to raise fundamental issues such as developing psychological flexibility, totalitarian treatment, personal growth, health protection, digital innovations in the field of health, and other topics that reflect Dubai’s commitment to make psychological well -being one of its pillars of its strategy for public health .

The “balance” in its dialogues – presented by Emirati journalist Saud Al -Kaabi – is characterized by explicit discussions, enhancing awareness, self -development and psychological well -being, at the community level.

Dr. Ramadan Al Balushi, Advisor to the Director General of the Health Authority in Dubai, Director of Public Health Protection Department, said that psychological well -being is not limited to facing challenges, but also includes adopting a proactive approach that enhances the quality of life.

He added that through a “balance”, the commission provides space for dialogue that turns into practical steps, provided to individuals, knowledge and tools that enable them to build their journey towards a balanced psychological health with confidence and awareness.

For her part, Dr. Hind Al -Awadi, Head of the Department of Promotion and Health Education at the Public Health Department of the Health Authority in Dubai stressed the importance of the community’s role in supporting the path of psychological well -being.

She stated that building a societal culture that enhances psychological well -being, requires a continuous dialogue and effective cooperation, so the “balance” podcast came to reflect the commitment of the authority, to make these dialogues closer to individuals, and more effective in their daily life, with the aim of creating a real impact that turns awareness into practice, and dialogue to Positive change.
