Jazan Gallery .. Evening “Hairy Hymns” highlights artistic richness of Arabic poetry

A poetry evening entitled “Hymns of Poetry” was held on Wednesday evening, within the cultural program of the Jazan Book Fair 2025, organized by the Literature, Publishing and Translation Authority, at the Prince Sultan Civilization Center Theater.
The poet Noura Othman and the poet Ali Al -Hazmi participated in the evening, and was moderated by Muhammad Abbas.

Butterfly with love dreams

The poet Noura Othman started the evening with a poem entitled “The butterfly with love dreams”, and the poet Ali Al -Hazmi presented a poem “alone and not others”, then the poems were numerous, and varied between wisdom, spinning and praise.

In addition to the emotional poems that the audience interacted with, the variety highlighted the cultural depth and artistic wealth of Arabic poetry.

Enhancing the cultural movement

This poetry evening is part of a series of cultural events accompanying the Book Fair 2025 in its first edition in the Jazan region, in a move aimed at promoting the cultural movement, providing a platform that celebrates creators and gathering literature lovers in a sophisticated literary atmosphere.
The Jazan Book Fair opens 2025 its doors for visitors daily from 11 am to 12 pm, except for Friday from 2 pm to 12 pm.
