Saudi budget 2024 .. 1.259 trillion revenues .. 1.374 trillion expenses

The Ministry of Finance issued the actual results of the performance of 2024, until the fourth quarter, with revenues of 1.259 trillion riyals, and expenses of 1.374 trillion riyals, while the deficit reached 115.625 billion riyals.
According to the Ministry of Finance, oil revenues until the fourth quarter of 2024 amounted to 756.624 billion riyals, while non -oil revenues amounted to 502.471 billion riyals.

High oil revenues

According to results, oil revenues increased by 0.3%, while non -oil revenues increased by 10%.
The tax revenues on income, profits and capital gains amounted to 31.576 billion riyals, a decrease of 18%, while taxes on goods and services amounted to 288.809 billion riyals, an increase of 10%.
Taxes on international trade and transactions increased by 11% to the fourth quarter of 2024, recording 24.499 billion riyals.
Other taxes and other revenues amounted to 35.646 billion riyals, 121.942 billion riyals, with an increase of 7%, and 21%, respectively.
The results of the performance of the Saudi budget until the fourth quarter indicated that the expenses of the employee compensation amounted to 562.264 billion riyals, an increase of 5%.
The expenses of the use of goods and services amounted to 313.022 billion riyals, with an increase of 3%, while the financing expenses amounted to 44.563 billion riyals, an increase of 18%.
The subsidies increased by 63%, recording 34.011 billion riyals, while grants decreased by 38%, recording 4.206 billion riyals.
Social benefits amounted to 101.398 billion riyals, an increase of 5%, while other expenses amounted to 124.590 billion riyals, an increase of 20%, while non -financial assets amounted to 190.66 billion riyals, an increase of 2%.
The results of the performance of the Saudi budget until the fourth quarter stated that the disposal of the public administration amounted to 53.895 billion riyals, an increase of 12%.
She explained that military spending until the fourth quarter amounted to 236.664 billion riyals, an increase of 88%, while spending in the security sector and administrative areas reached 126.853 billion riyals, an increase of 113%.
The disposal in the municipal services sector increased by 143% to 116.399 billion riyals, while the disposal in the education sector increased by 104% to 203.665 billion riyals.
She stated that those who drained in the health and social development sector increased by 128%, recording 272.674 billion riyals, while the disposal in economic resources increased 111% to 92.744 billion riyals.
The fourth quarter of 2024 in the basic equipment and transportation sector reached 44.143 billion riyals, up 117%, while the disposal increased in public items 106% to 227.681 billion riyals.
According to the results of the performance of the Saudi budget until the fourth quarter of 2024, the state reserve balance of the state amounted to 390.036 billion riyals.
The current account until the end of 2024 amounted to 43.017 billion riyals.
The state’s public debt until the end of the fourth quarter recorded 1.215 trillion riyals, of which the internal debt share amounted to 738.25 billion riyals, while the external debt share amounted to 477.666 billion riyals.
