Mohammed bin Zayed University for Humanities and a delegation of the religious administration of Russian Muslims discuss cooperation opportunities
Abu Dhabi, February 13 / WAM / Mohammed bin Zayed University of Humanities received a delegation headed by His Eminence, Sheikh Rawi Ain Al -Din, President of the Religious Administration of the Muslims of the Russian Federation, to discuss opportunities for academic and cultural cooperation between the two sides, highlighting the experience of Russian students at the university and adapting them to the educational environment And social, within the framework of the university’s commitment to expanding the horizons of international cooperation and ensuring a distinguished experience for students.
The delegation was received by His Excellency Dr. Khalifa Al Dhaheri, Director of the University, along with a number of academic leaders.
The meeting was held at the university’s headquarters in Abu Dhabi, where the two parties discussed ways to enhance academic and religious cooperation in line with the university’s vision in consolidating partnerships with prestigious scientific institutions.
The meeting dealt with the exchange of visions on a number of strategic initiatives aimed at strengthening ties between the two institutions, in addition to discussing the prospects for joint cooperation in a way that contributes to consolidating mutual understanding and expanding the areas of joint scientific research.
The two sides stressed the importance of building a comprehensive cooperation system that supports the exchange of academic experiences and scientific consultations, and contributes to the development of educational programs, promoting scientific research, and expanding the scope of the exchange of academic and student delegations, in a way that enhances the multi -cultural learning environment.
His Excellency Dr. Khalifa Al Dhaheri pointed out that academic cooperation between the university and the religious administration of the Muslims of the Russian Federation constitutes an important platform for exchanging knowledge and experiences, which contributes to providing an academic and social environment in support of students, providing them with broader opportunities for integration and interaction into the campus, in order to enrich the educational experience and keep pace with scientific developments And technology in the Emirates and Russia.
He added that this visit represents an important step towards enhancing academic cooperation, in line with the UAE’s vision based on openness and cultural communication.
He stated that this cooperation contributes to the development of the educational process through the exchange of knowledge and experiences between teaching cadres and students, and opens new horizons for joint research and development, which reflects positively on the quality of academic outputs, and qualifies cadres capable of supporting the sustainable development process and enhancing the UAE’s position and Russia as leading scientific centers on International level.
