المملكة: 4 conditions for using the calculator in tests for 3 average and secondary

The Ministry of Education approved allowing the third -grade students and high school students using the calculator during the tests in the context of organizing the progress of the tests and ensuring the achievement of the principle of justice among students.
This is provided that it is not subject to programming, and it does not contain the feature of storing information or implementing advanced statistical operations or graph, and not to be equipped to perform differential and integration operations.
This decision comes in the context of providing an appropriate environment for students to perform their tests, especially in materials that depend on mathematical processes, without prejudice to the mechanisms of fair evaluation.

Banked phones

The ministry stressed the prevention of the introduction of mobile phones into the test halls in a strict prohibition, and confirmed that the use of the phone during the test is a violation that requires official measures against the violating student.
The ministry explained that any attempt to use the phone will be dealt with seriously, as the note of the hall is to prepare an official report documenting the incident, which includes the names of witnesses and the necessary evidence, provided that it is submitted to the head of the examination committee at the school or his deputy to consider taking appropriate measures.

The Ministry stressed in the evidence of testing systems and procedures the need to verify the identity of each student before the start of the test, while making sure that his name is written on his classroom on the answer sheet clearly, and signing the delivery detection after completion.
It also called on the observers to verify the number of answer papers, and to register their names to uncover the delivery to ensure the full audit in all procedures.

Test preparations

The ministry explained that school preparations are not only limited to preparing the test halls, but also include the formation of supervisory committees responsible for monitoring the progress of the tests and the daily correction of the papers to ensure the speed and accuracy of the results.
These committees also follow up on any exceptional inquiries or cases that may occur during the test period, while emphasizing the commitment of everyone to the specific regulations and instructions.

In the context of its keenness to enhance the test environment, the ministry affirmed that these directives come to ensure transparency and achieve the principle of equal opportunities among students, by providing an organized and comfortable environment that helps them focus and perform tests efficiently.
It also stressed the importance of the cooperation of all parties, from school and teachers ’departments to parents and students, to ensure the process of the process without obstacle.

The tests start next Sunday amid extensive preparations from all schools, where the regulatory committees were prepared, and the halls are prepared to provide an appropriate atmosphere for students, while adhering to all the organizational regulations that guarantee the progress of the tests with discipline and justice.
