This achievement came after the students participating in the competition submitted more than 34 thousand scientific projects, to compete for the National Olympiad Awards for Scientific Creativity, which witnessed the registration of more than 357 thousand students, male and female, from various regions of the Kingdom, which is the highest number in the history of the competition since its launch, with a growth rate of 22.7% compared to last year, which reflects the expansion of the participation base. Nationalism and the growing culture of research and innovation among the Kingdom’s students.

The Guinness World Records certificate was received by the Minister of Education, Mr. Yousef bin Abdullah Al-Benyan, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Mawhiba, Dr. Abdulaziz Al-Anqari, and its Secretary General, Abdulaziz Al-Kreidis, during the closing ceremony of the Olympics, whose competitions concluded in Riyadh today, in a scene that embodies the institutional and national dimension of this achievement, and confirms the integration of roles between the talent and creativity system.
