The ruling to obligate the Ministry of Housing to pay 8.2 million riyals to the company

The Saudi Company for Automotive and Equipment Services (SASCO) announced that it received last Thursday, stating that a ruling was issued in the case in which a judgment had been issued in the interest of Sasco to compel the Ministry of Housing to pay 8,217,461 riyals to the company.
The company said in a statement on Saudi Arabia’s circulation: The amount is the value of the proverbial fee for deducting part of the land of Sasco, located on the Hafar Al -Batin road.
It stated that after the defendant submitted a request to veto the ruling, the veto was accepted in form and subject, and the ruling issued by the General Court in Riyadh was overturned.
The company noted the taking of legal measures to preserve its right to the case and submit a petition to the ruling issued.
She stated that she proved this amount within her lists in 2019, while this amount will be reflected in the financial statements for the year 2024 AD.
The company had previously announced a final judicial ruling in favor of it to compel the Ministry of Housing to pay an amount of 8.217 million riyals.
