56 Bahraini employees successfully complete the bridge program for professional development in “Alba”

Aluminum Bahrain Company announced. (Alba), the largest fuse of aluminum with one location in the world, about the conclusion of the bridge program for training and professional development after he completed 56 employees and employees from the Bahrainis successfully with the requirements of this pioneering program, which aims to build basic supervisory skills and accelerate the career development of Bahraini competencies with high potential And, in a way that enhances Alba’s commitment to the development of future leaders from within the company’s circles.
The CEO Ali Al -Baqali honored the participants in the program during a ceremony held yesterday at the company’s headquarters, in the presence of members of the senior management team.
The program included employees and employees from various departments, where they participated in extensive and regular training programs for four years. The company has allocated a guide from each department and its employee from the Human Resources and Training Department for each participant to ensure the necessary support and guidance in order to support the achievement of the desired goals of the program. The company also followed up and evaluated the performance of employees through seven periodic performance reviews every 6 months, with the active participation of CEOs and administrative managers of the company.
