Earthquake series shaking the Italian “Napoli” near a massive volcano

The Italian city of Napoli was exposed to a series of earthquakes, on Sunday, which was 3.9 degrees on the Richter scale, according to the Italian National Institute of Geophysics and Volcanology.
The most severe earthquake occurred at approximately 00:20 am (23:20 GMT) in the volcanic Flegean fields area, which is a high volcanic activity area just a few kilometers from the city center located in the south of the country. This was the second earthquake, which has 3.9 degrees, which hit the area in less than 12 hours.
Over the past three days, the region has been subjected to two or more earthquakes with a strength of 2-0 or higher.
No preliminary reports were recorded on any damage or injuries, but schools in Bozulu city were closed today as a precaution, according to Mayor Gigi Manzoni, to the Italian news agency “ANSA”.
Recently, a new wave of earthquakes in the volcanic Flegean fields area, and the region also witnessed larger earthquakes.
The Flegerian fields are the largest enormous volcano in Europe, known as the high level of volcanic activity.
