UAE defense industries have witnessed a remarkable development within the comprehensive development vision of the state

His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the State, may God protect him, visited today the activities of the 17th session of the International Defense Exhibition “IDEX 2025”, which will be held at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Center “ADNEC”.

His Highness the President of the State made a tour of the exhibition that included the wings and platforms of a number of participating national and international companies, during which he briefed on its innovative systems and technological solutions in the field of defense industries, and His Highness exchanged conversations with those in charge of them about recent developments in the field of defense.

During the tour, His Highness welcomed the state’s guests participating in “IDEX 2025”, stressing that the exhibition acquires additional momentum in each session with its important international platform for companies and specialized defense agencies from different countries of the world to display their innovations.

His Highness added that the Emirati defense industries have witnessed a remarkable development during the past years within the comprehensive development vision of the state and its approach to building a diversified economy based on knowledge.

His Highness the President of the State expressed his thanks to those in charge of organizing the exhibition and their efforts to enhance his international position within the specialized defense exhibitions at the global level.

His Highness was accompanied during his tour of the exhibition, His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Vice President of the Presidency for Special Affairs, and Sheikh Mohammed bin Hamad bin Tahnoon Al Nahyan, Advisor to the President of the State and a number of officials.
