He said: «UAE defense industries have become a vital economic sector, as the state invests in the programs of developing national competencies, which led to the creation of thousands of jobs in the fields of technology, engineering and cyber security, and the enhancement of the innovation environment in aviation and unmanned systems.

He pointed out that investments in defense industries contribute to supporting economic growth, as UAE defense exports witness a remarkable increase, which strengthens the state’s position as a head of defense technology at the international level.
