The shares of Al -Yamamah Cement Company, which is running and trading in the Saudi market, “Tadawul”, increased by 0.68% during trading today, Wednesday, to trade at the price of 37.20 riyals per share, after the annual profits increased by 38.3%.

The trading on the share of Al -Yamamah Cement Company at that time came through 135.47 thousand shares with a value of trading 5.02 million riyals.

The highest price for the share was at that time at 37.35 riyals per share, while the lowest price per share was at 36.70 riyals per share.

The share of the “Yamama Cement” shares witnessed a remarkable increase after announcing its annual financial results, which showed a growth in net profit by 38.3% during the year 2024.

The company explained that the net profit after zakat and tax amounted to about 420.71 million riyals, compared to 304.25 million riyals in the year 2023.

The company pointed out that the main reason for this increase in the net profit is due to the increase in the value of sales, as the company’s sales grew by 25.43% to reach 1.17 billion riyals, compared to 935.2 million riyals in the year 2023.

With regard to the last quarter of the year, the net profit reached about 123.11 million riyals, compared to 52.76 million riyals, which reflects a jump of 133.34%.

As for the company’s profits level during the first nine months of 2024, the net profit after zakat and tax reached about 297.58 million riyals, compared to 251.49 million riyals in the same period last year, achieving a growth of 18.32%.
