Electricity cut off millions in Chile

It struck a wide range of electricity of Chile, which disrupted traffic, injuring many businesses with paralysis, and leaving most parts of the country without electricity.

The National Disaster Response Service in the Chilean “Sinabrid” reported that it had received reports of power supplies that caused a huge electrical outage across more than ten regions in the country, including the capital, Santiago, where the authorities said that the metro service will stop until further notice.

The country’s electricity distribution company, “Saisa”, which serves more than a million people throughout Chile, confirmed that an electrical interruption in the country affected all of its customers, and mobile phone services were disrupted in some parts of the country.

The Chilean government imposed a curfew due to the power outage.
