Adopting a flexible working policy and working for a distance for the employees of the Dubai government during Ramadan

Under the directives of His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense, and Chairman of the Executive Council of the Emirate of Dubai, the Human Resources Department of the Dubai Government of the Working Policy and Working Action for a distance for the employees of the Dubai government during the holy month of Ramadan.

Government authorities may give employees a flexible working hours of 3 hours a day, provided that the employee completes 5 and a half hours from Monday to Thursday and 3 working hours on Friday and allowing employees to work remotely equivalent to two days a week in accordance with the requirements and working conditions and tasks assigned to the employee.
