المملكة: Cooperation between the King Salman Center for Relief and the Red Cross for Relief of Palestine

The King Salman Center for Relief and Humanitarian Action signed a joint cooperation agreement yesterday with the International Committee of the Red Cross, with the aim of providing additional support for the project to support emergency cases to the affected population of the conflict in Gaza, on the sidelines of the work of the Fourth Riyadh International Humanitarian Forum held in Riyadh.
The agreement was signed by the assistant general supervisor of the Center for Operations and Programs, Eng. Ahmed bin Ali Al -Bayz, and the Director General of the International Committee of the Red Cross, Pierre Krinboul.

Additional support

An additional support of one million and 850 thousand US dollars will be provided, according to the agreement. In order to support the efforts of the International Committee of the Red Cross in the Gaza Strip to secure the arrival of medical supplies to health facilities, and to support the water and environmental sanitation sector.
This comes within the framework of the humanitarian and relief projects submitted by the Kingdom through its human arm, the King Salman Relief Center, in cooperation with the international humanitarian authorities concerned to relief the Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip.
