"Human resources for the Dubai government" It qualifies 100 employees in talent management and analysis

Dubai, March 4 / WAM / The Human Resources Department of the Dubai Government signed a memorandum of understanding with the company “SHL” to launch an advanced training program aimed at qualifying 100 employees of human resources cadres in government agencies, with the aim of developing their skills in managing and analyzing talents, and enhancing government performance efficiency according to international best practices.

The initiative comes within the framework of supporting the goals of the Dubai Economic Agency D33, and the consolidation of the emirate’s position as a global center for innovation and a sustainable economy, by investing in developing human resources and raising its readiness to keep pace with future changes.

The strategic partnership also strengthens efforts to attract and keep talents in the vital sectors, which contributes to supporting the knowledge economy and consolidating the UAE’s position as a preferred destination for global competencies.

His Excellency Mona Bouhamid, Executive Director of the Future Resources Sector, stressed that this partnership represents a qualitative step towards developing government cadres according to the highest international standards, noting that investment in human resource development is a strategic priority for the Dubai government.

She said that this cooperation reflects the department’s commitment to providing human resources employees with advanced skills, which contributes to enhancing their ability to attract and manage talent efficiently, and support Dubai’s ambitious vision of government excellence.

SHL confirmed its commitment to providing its expertise in the field of talent management, based on more than 40 years of scientific research, intensive experiences and strong verification studies.

Within the training program, the company will provide flexible solutions and advanced technologies to enhance the efficiency of government cadres and enable them to achieve the highest levels of performance according to international standards.

Mohamed Farid, the company’s executive director in the Middle East, described the program as the largest training program that is presented to human resources employees in government agencies, with the aim of developing their skills and enabling them to qualify a workforce ready for the future, stressing that the institutions that invest in their cadres today not only prepare for tomorrow, but also guarantees their position in the future of the future.
