The workshop came within the framework of the cooperation of the two sides in translating the vision of the rational leadership to support national cadres and talents, increase its opportunities in the media field, raise their competitiveness and enable them to reach appropriate employment opportunities in the media sector institutions within its various tributaries.

The workshop included an explanation of the “competitions” goals in raising the efficiency of Emirati cadres and enabling them to jobs in the private sector, increasing the competitiveness of the UAE workforce, and enhancing the attractiveness of the private sector jobs for the Emiratis, in addition to supporting job stability through financial and training programs.
