Tihama’s general assembly agrees to file a lawsuit against a former board of directors

Tihama Company for Advertising and Public Relations announced the results of the Ordinary General Assembly (the first meeting) that was held last Thursday.
According to the company’s statement on the circulation of Saudi Arabia, the results of voting on the association’s agenda included: Approval of a lawsuit against Abdulaziz Al -Suwailem in his capacity as a former board member.
The association has delegated the company’s board of directors to take the necessary legal and regular measures in this regard.
