المملكة: Detailed statistics in absence … new procedures to control the perpetuation of teachers in Ramadan

The Ministry of Education issued a circular to all public education schools, the memorization of the Holy Quran, institutes, and kindergartens, which includes clear directives regarding the follow -up of teachers and employees during the holy month of Ramadan.
The circular aims to control male and female teachers in schools during the holy month. These procedures come within the framework of the Ministry’s endeavor to enhance discipline and raise the level of performance in the educational sector.
The Ministry stressed the need to take all necessary measures to enhance the value of discipline and reduce absence, with the aim of achieving the required efficiency and productivity, and ensuring the quality of educational outcomes.
Among the most prominent new procedures guaranteed by the circular, the assignment of the specialized units in each school to accurately follow up the male and female teachers, prepare detailed statistics in cases of absence, and raise them periodically. Through monitoring and follow -up that will continue until the end of Wednesday, 19 Ramadan, the day before the beginning of the Eid Al -Fitr holiday for schools.

This circular is a continuation of a previous circular issued by the Ministry regarding determining the time time for school work during the month of Ramadan, which confirms the Ministry’s keenness to follow all the details related to the regularity of the educational process.
The Ministry called on all education employees, including teachers and administrators, to see the generalization and full commitment to implement what was stated in it, stressing that discipline is a key element in achieving educational goals, especially during the month of Ramadan.
The Ministry of Education permanently seeks to develop the educational environment and improve its quality, and is considered discipline and commitment to the basic pillars to achieve this goal.
These new measures come within the framework of the Ministry’s continuous efforts to enhance these values, and ensure the progress of the educational process efficiently and effectively during the holy month of Ramadan. The procedures were not limited to monitoring and follow -up, but also included emphasizing the importance of enhancing the value of discipline for teachers, and making them aware of the importance of their role in achieving educational goals.
