Embower provides Palm Jet Way in Palm Jumeirah with cooling services

The Emirates Central Cooling Systems Corporation (Empore) has signed an agreement to supply the “Palm Gate Way” project in Palm Jumeirah Dubai, with services for environmentally friendly areas with a production capacity of 9470 tons of cooling.

The Foundation stated, in a statement yesterday, that this step comes within the framework of commitment to support Dubai’s development vision through the implementation of projects based on sustainable and effective energy solutions, expected to start the supply operations in the second quarter of 2026.

The Palm Jet Way project consists of three interconnected residential towers, which features a unique engineering design. The project includes an integrated set of advanced facilities and services, including stores, luxury restaurants, shopping facilities, health care centers, and physical fitness facilities.

Embower CEO, Ahmed bin Shafar, said that the addition of the Palm Jet Way project to the Embower cooling portfolio reflects the confidence of real estate developers and dealers with its reliable services, and enhances its role in providing more quality cooling services, characterized by 50% less energy consumption of traditional cooling services currently used, and added that “Embower” focuses on the service of leading real estate projects, and aims To provide all sectors and residential, commercial and recreational facilities in the Emirate of Dubai with services for cooling areas with sustainable international specifications to support the leadership role of the Emirate of Dubai in reducing carbon emissions.

He emphasized that the services of the areas provided by the Foundation in the Emirate of Dubai are consistent with the aspirations of the emirate to reach sustainability, which is the goal in which the Foundation promotes to enable all sectors to reduce greenhouse gases using areas cooling services that have proven effective in protecting the environment and protecting natural resources.
