Bani Yas leads the first day in a championship "Mother of the Emirates Cup" For jujitsu

Abu Dhabi, March 13/ WAM/ yesterday evening, the “Mother of the Emirates” Cup for Jujitsu at the Fatima Bint Mubarak Academy for Women’s Sports in Abu Dhabi, where the first day witnessed strong remnants in categories under 12, 14, and 16 years.
At the end of the first day competitions, Bani Yas Club was able to achieve the lead, while Al Ain Club came second, and Al -Jazira Club came in third place.
The inclusion of the under -12 category competitions in the championship schedule for the first time this year is a new step in the march of developing jujitsu, which reflects the federation’s commitment to enabling emerging players and preparing them for the future.
His Excellency Mohammed Salem Al Dhaheri, Vice President of the Emirates Jujitsu Federation, praised the strength of performance and the high technical level, which reflects the club’s commitment to raising the technical efficiency of the players.

He said that this tournament is an essential pillar in supporting the march of the players and preparing them for the various benefits, as it provides them with an ideal opportunity to test their capabilities and gain experience through the strongest competitions, noting that the inclusion of the competitions of the under -12 category enhances the Federation’s strategic vision in building a strong base of emerging talents, paving the way for a future future with achievements at all levels.
He explained that the Emirati leadership in the sport of Jujitsu is only the fruit of the wise vision of the wise leadership that aims to empower women and enhance their presence in all fields, including sports.
For its part, Eng. Aisha Al-Balushi, Regional Director of Business Development in Al Ain and Executive Affairs and CEO of the Czech Hospital for Rehabilitation Treatment- Royal Health Group, the golden sponsor of the championship, said that the group’s participation in this event reflects its commitment to supporting sports and physical health, especially since the Jujitsu combines fitness, discipline and mental activity.

For his part, Ahmed Mohamed Al -Hashemi, the father of the player, Hind from the Adma Academy, which competes in the under -12 category, said that the UAE UAE Jujitsu Cup provides an opportunity for our daughters to refine their skills in a distinctive competitive environment, expressing his pride in watching his daughter competing and outperforming the rug.

He stressed that sport plays a fundamental role in building personality, enhancing self -confidence, and consolidating the values ​​of commitment and discipline, expressing his gratitude to the Emirates Jujitsu Federation for its continuous support for emerging talents.
For its part, the player, Rawda Fahd Al -Jabri, from the Bani Yas Club, who won the gold medal for the under -14 category of “63 kg”, said that the rise of the coronation platform is an invaluable achievement, especially in a championship bearing this big name, expressing pride in representing its team and showing its best on the rug.
