"IBS 2025" It enhances the attractiveness of real estate investment in Dubai

Dubai, March 13 / WAM / Dubai will host the twenty -first session of the International Real Estate Exhibition (IPS) 2025 during the period from 14 to 16 April at the Dubai World Trade Center, with the participation of a group of real estate developers, investors and real estate investment funds, to discuss the latest trends in the sector and review promising investment opportunities.
The event is witnessing the organization of the “Institutional Investor Conference” on April 14 and 15, which brings together major institutional investors, real estate investment funds and senior officials from the Dubai International Financial Center, government agencies and financial experts, with the aim of exchanging visions on global real estate investment strategies, the prospects for development in the UAE market, and the role of investment funds in supporting sustainable growth of the sector. Real estate investment funds are one of the main pillars in attracting local and international capital, as it contributes to financing major projects that include residential, commercial and hotel real estate, which enhances the attractiveness of the real estate market in the country.
It is estimated that the UAE accounts for more than 75% of the family offices in the region, half of which are concentrated in Dubai with a total of 3 trillion dollars (11 trillion dirhams).
Daoud Al -Shizawi, head of the IBS exhibition, stressed that Dubai continues to establish its position as a global investment destination thanks to its advanced infrastructure and its flexible organizational framework, noting that real estate investment funds provide investors with rewarding opportunities, with the possibility of achieving competitive returns in light of the prosperity of the real estate market in the emirate. The conference discusses several major axes that include future trends of real estate investment funds, the development of financing models, and foreign investment attracting strategies, in addition to evaluating risks and returns in regional and global real estate markets. It also constitutes a platform to enable investors to make deliberate decisions in light of the economic and legislative changes affecting the sector.
