Prince Sultan Hospital participates in providing health services to the people of the Prophet’s Mosque


The Director of Prince Sultan Hospital for the Armed Forces in Madinah, Major General Ahmed Al -Baridi, explained that the center provides its services to the guests of Rahman, visitors to the Prophet’s Mosque, in the central area of the northwestern square of the Prophet’s Mosque, over 12 hours a day, and provides initial and emergency treatment services, and the supportive medical services, and includes a laboratory applicant with the laboratory care points system. A medical nutrition and medical education clinic, a medical change clinic, and a special treatment area for respiratory conditions.

Major General Al -Baridi stated that the center consists of “26” tents with a capacity of “16” beds, which were divided into three areas: the medical area, the supportive medical area, and the support services area, containing 6 sorting and 4 clinics to inspect the initial cases, with the possibility of increasing them to 6 clinics in case of need, and has been equipped with the latest medical equipment.
It is noteworthy that the center operates with a working force that exceeded 250 competencies with health, ambulance and administrative specialties.
