"Ijnit Energy Axis" It establishes its regional headquarters in Abu Dhabi

Abu Dhabi, March 14/ WAM/ The Abu Dhabi Investment Office signed a strategic agreement with the company “Ijnit Energy Axis”, provider of renewable energy solutions and systems in the continent of Africa, to establish its regional headquarters in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.
The move comes within the framework of strengthening the emirate’s position as a leading global center for innovation in the field of clean and renewable energy.
According to the agreement, the Abu Dhabi Investment Office will support the efforts of the company “Ijnit Energy Axis”, which aims to expand its regional and global operations and enhance its presence in renewable energy markets.
The agreement will also contribute to providing more than 200 highly skilled jobs in the fields of technology, financing and supply chain, as well as implementing knowledge transfer programs in cooperation with the leading universities in Abu Dhabi.
The “Ijnit Energy Axis” has developed a sophisticated technology platform for providing decentralized solar energy solutions in the South Sahara region of Africa, with the aim of connecting 100 million people with clean and sustainable electricity sources by 2030.
The “Ijnit Barrow” partnership with the Abu Dhabi Investment Office will contribute to expanding its operations to include solar energy systems for homes, irrigation, hybrid transformers, and solar and industrial solar energy projects, in addition to providing solar -powered Internet solutions to support remote communities.
The “Ijnit Energy Axis” will also transfer its advanced technical expertise to the UAE, where it will publish independent solar energy projects that are not related to the public network, to support the residents of societies in remote areas, and to stimulate environmentally friendly projects in the sectors of transportation, construction and sustainable agriculture.
The company will employ its previous experiences in cooperation with leading institutions such as the International Renewable Energy Agency (IRENA) and “Masdar” for work and holding specific partnerships with the authorities concerned with the renewable energy sector in Abu Dhabi, to support the achievement of the emirate’s targets in the sector
His Excellency Badr Salim Sultan Al -Ulama, Director General of the Abu Dhabi Investment Office, said that the partnership with the ‘Ajnit Energy Aksis’ represents an important step in the framework of efforts aimed at strengthening Abu Dhabi’s global destination for investment in the field of clean energy.
The scientists added: “By supporting advanced technologies and attracting leading international companies, we contribute to building a sustainable economy and developing solutions and innovations to face global challenges.”
