Ajman Chamber: 1549 industrial facilities in the emirate during 2024

Ajman on March 14/ WAM/ Ajman Chamber announced that the number of industrial facilities in the Emirate of Ajman reached 1549 facilities by the end of 2024, according to the membership data of the Chamber, which reflects the increasing growth of the industrial sector and its role in strengthening the local economy.

This came during the first meeting of the Board of Directors of the Ajman Chamber for the year 2025, which was chaired by His Excellency Eng. Abdullah bin Muhammad Al -Mawji, Chairman of the Board of Directors, in the presence of His Excellency Sheikh Sultan bin Saqr Al -Nuaimi, Second Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors, members of the Board of Directors, and His Excellency Salem Al -Suwaidi, Director General of Ajman Chamber, at the Thura Entrepreneurship Center.

His Excellency Eng. Abdullah bin Muhammad Al -Mijiei praised the efforts of the Ajman government in promoting cohesion and institutional integration between government agencies in the emirate under the umbrella of the “Solidarity Charter”, in translation of the directives of His Highness Sheikh Hamid bin Rashid Al -Nuaimi, Member of the Supreme Council and Ruler of Ajman, and with direct follow -up from His Highness Sheikh Ammar bin Humaid Al -Nuaimi, Crown Prince of Ajman, Chairman of the Executive Council.

He stressed that the Ajman Chamber attaches great importance to the development of the industrial sector as one of the most prominent pillars of the economy in the emirate, noting that Ajman includes 1,549 industrial facilities according to the membership of the Ajman Chamber during the year 2024.

He added that the Chamber is working to support the industry by promoting investment opportunities, developing policies and legislation in cooperation with the relevant authorities, and stimulating innovation and technology in the industrial sector, which contributes to raising production efficiency and enhancing the competitiveness of the emirate as a distinct industrial destination.

The meeting reviewed the results of the Ajman International Education and Training Exhibition 2025, which witnessed a wide international presence, and discussed ways to benefit from its outputs to enhance academic partnerships and attract leading educational institutions, which contributes to developing the education sector and enhancing Ajman’s position as a distinct educational destination.
