The UAE strongly condemns the attempt to assassinate the President of Somalia

The UAE strongly condemned the terrorist attack that targeted the assassination of His Excellency Hassan Sheikh Mahmoud, President of the Federal Republic of Somalia, and led to the killing and injury of a number of innocent people.

His Excellency Sheikh Shakhbout bin Nahyan Al Nahyan, Minister of State, said that the UAE expresses its strong condemnation of these criminal acts, and its constant rejection of all forms of violence and terrorism that aim to destabilize security and stability and contradict international law.‎
